Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on privacy, security, or storage systems. Working understanding of data protection laws, regulations and best practices including expertise in GDPR compliance an asset.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, or Java. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and database technologies. Deep understanding of encryption, data masking, and other privacy-preserving technologies.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers. Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence technical decisions across teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex privacy and storage challenges.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
