  • Manage the strategic development and co-ordination of customer-centric, loyalty-based value added services e.g. LEAD (NHS) & Specsavers
  • Support and deliver commercial marketing to drive rechargeable penetration rate in the NHS
  • Support commercial team in regaining paediatric leadership position and achieve maximum share in NHS contracts
  • Use commercial marketing tactics to increase Specsavers SOW in AQP, Advance & branded
  • Establish Voice of Customer feedback forums in relevant channels
  • Accountability for the Roger team marketing strategy across all channels
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to manage external agency relationships to maximise efficiencies
  • Own key industry / launch events from ideation to execution, with support from Marketing Associate, Commercial Marketing
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Commercial Marketing to deliver impactful launch campaigns
  • Succession plan for local HK Commercial Marketing Excellence lead across all channels
  • Act as a core member of the marketing team and take an active part in the definition of the marketing strategy and channel marketing plan
  • Applying leadership principles on a day to day basis
  • Establishing self as a key stakeholder and decision maker for the channels
  • Work with a continuous improvement mindset and put our Sonova values at the heart of everything we do
  • Monitor and respond to competitor changes, market trends, regulatory changes, and industry challenges.
