You’ll be a key decision-maker in driving client success and agency growth through successful organic search strategies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic SEO Development & Execution:
- Develop long-term, scalable SEO strategies for high-profile B2B clients, incorporating business objectives, target audience needs, and industry best practices
- Develop high-level SEO roadmaps that incorporate key SEO pillar (on-page, off-page, technical) to drive search visibility and traffic
- Implement on-page, off-page and technical SEO recommendations
- Drive the development and execution of content strategies, collaborating with content, design, and web development teams to create SEO-optimized, high-performing content.

- Serve as the SEO subject matter expert and primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic guidance and leadership.

- Develop an environment of innovation, incorporating new trends, tactics, technologies, and strategies to successfully address SEO in 2025
- Establish and refine SEO processes to drive efficiency and consistency across the SEM team
- Implement new SEO tools and technologies around AI, automation, and video optimization to expand SEO services
- A minimum of 5-7 years of SEO experience, ideally within a B2B environment
- Proven expertise in developing large-scale SEO strategies that drive measurable results for clients
- Extensive experience with Analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console) as well as industry-standard SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others)
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the ability to remain nimble to address changes in the search industry
- Strong collaboration skills, including cross-departmental knowledge share
- Excellent client-facing skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and stakeholders and building long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to align SEO strategies with client business objectives, ensuring clear ROI and measurable results
- Expertise within technical SEO, including site audits, mobile optimization, site speed, crawlability, schema markup, and server-side optimizations.
- Experience with site migration projects and website refreshes, including implementing 301 redirect maps, content migration, and SEO best practices during these transitions
- Knowledge of structured data (schema markup) and its role in enhancing visibility in search results.
- Understanding and experience with common CMS platforms (such as Wordpress) and relevant plug-ins (such as Yoast)
- Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or certifications from platforms such as SEMrush, or HubSpot are highly preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strategic thinking, with a clear understanding of how SEO fits within the broader digital marketing landscape.
