- End-to-end management coordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
- Ensure that the technical aspects of projects meet required standards for functionality, operability, and documentation.
- Work with project managers and team leaders to cater for resource changes across projects.
- Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management.

- Bachelor and/or Master's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Significant business development and project management experience
- Experience in the Consumer/Retail/PG industry/vertical is a plus.
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations

In this role, you will support Siemens Energy's project business by handling complex contractual matters. This includes analyzing contracts, identifying risks, negotiating agreements, and advising project and site management in large-scale projects.How You'll Make an Impact
- Providing advice and support for customer contracts, consortium agreements, and sub-contracts to strictly protect Siemens Energy's rights and entitlements.
- Supporting in contractual and commercial matters, such as the change order processes and reviewing and drafting of relevant correspondence.
- Identifying all relevant technical, commercial, and contractual aspects to support the set-up of project-specific claim strategies.
- Contributing to pursuing and defending incoming and outgoing claims by collecting and advising on relevant project records, documentation, and
- all pertinent facts.
- Collaborating with legal teams by providing support in substantiating relevant facts for claiming quantum, extension of time, and establishing factual defenses in arbitration proceedings.
- Performing quantum or delay analyses to establish causation for relevant events impacting the project schedule and/or the scope of work.
- 10-20 years of demonstrated success of handling complex contracts, claim management and able to prioritize multiple projects at the same time. Experience with commercial contracts desired.
- Strong negotiations skills to support a matrixed negotiating team.
- Self-driven individual with the ability to formulate logical and pragmatic approaches and make effective recommendations to address complex issues. Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.
- Excellent French-speaking communication and writing skills with demonstrated ability to develop and communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of stakeholders. This position is in a French-speaking environment but requires proficiency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to connect with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
- Experience in industrial or energy markets preferred but not required.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally at 10%.
