  • 6 - 8 years clinical trial management/trial oversight experience in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing various aspects of trials from Start-Up to Database Lock and Trial Closure (End to End study experience).

  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
  • Strong Knowledge of scrum agile frameworks principles and methods
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/insurance/computer science/engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project development experience as a scrum master on an Agile Team in financial industry
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
  • Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.

  • Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Procurement functions and the impacts of procurement on an organization's performance.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining a customer-focused relationship with business stakeholders and IT by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely communication and responsiveness.
  • Experience in managing the program budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses is preferred
  • Experience in driving overall service delivery to success by keeping a balance between customer's expectations and delivery realities is preferred
  • Customer facing and Supply Chain Management experience preferred.
