The Operations Intern is responsible for supporting the National Venue Operations, Process management and Procurement in the planning, analysis and execution of Concerts throughout the Summer. • Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Ensure accurate data management within the P2P and SCM system, helping with the tracking of purchases, payments, and supplier performance.- Work with business analysts to create dashboards and reports that provide insights into procurement performance, supplier issues, and financial data.- Analyze P2P and SCM metrics and KPIs to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.

• Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with suppliers, procurement and supply chain teams, finance departments, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end process execution.- Resolve any issues related to supplier invoices, payments, and purchase orders in coordination with relevant teams.- Act as a liaison between business users and the technical teams for system-related queries.
