Timing and details will be documented with a letter of understanding at the time of offer acceptance. The incumbent will be supported to apply for other opportunities during the transition period, if desired.The responsibilities of this role during Project Construction, Commissioning and Start-up include:
- Lead the development of Analyzer Commissioning and Start-up Procedures & Binder.
- Support maintenance reps. for Spare Part Interchangeability Record (SPIR) review for Analyzer MST and setup stocking quantity aligning with Equipment Reliability Strategy and site requirement.
- Review of Analyzer Equipment Protection Plan and participate in field audit throughout construction phase.
- Develop Predictive & Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Program for Analyzer equipment
- Collaborate with Reliability Engineer for Equipment Reliability Strategy implementation.
- Support in setting up C&SU database in Provenience for Analyzer.
- Work with Maintenance rep. to setup plan for Analyzer C&SU resources
- Work with Maintenance rep. to setup plan for Analyzer tool and special tool.
- Maintenance Repair Procedure Development
- Lead Analyzer equipment commissioning activities.
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for Process Analytical Measurement Centers (PAMC), Analytical Free Standing Enclosures (AFSE) and Analyzer Free Standing Racks (AFSR).
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyperson Certificate or Red Seal Designation in Instrumentation.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (i.e. apprenticeships, journeyman, maintenance, manufacturing or related).
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% (domestically & internationally).
- Ability to safely work in a plant environment, meet physical demands, work at elevated heights, and comfortably use PPE and safety equipment (including harnesses with a total maximum weight capacity of 300lbs). Must be familiar with or open to training on proper equipment usage.
- Prior C&SU experience is preferred.
