- Project Logistics: Support Project Managers in shipment of AMRs, accessories, tools and services to customers; coordinate with relevant internal departments and customer team members to ensure seamless transition of goods and services
- Project Reporting: Support Project Managers in providing periodic updates including project status reports, financial reports (EACs, budget reconciliation), and regular KPIs
- Resource Management: Support Project Managers and Department managers in coordinating resource allocation across projects and managing the team's primary travel schedule; support coordinating with contractors to ensure their availability and travel schedule is successfully integrated into project resource plans
- Vendor Management: Support execution of contracts, Statement of Work (SOW), purchase requisition, and purchase orders with 3rd party vendors/contractors

- Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50MM+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets for Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, industry teams (Client Support Groups) including pre-sales, consulting, and support, to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud projects.
- Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle Cloud technologies and industry trends to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- Experience in selling Oracle Cloud solutions (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle CX Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Significant business development and solution selling experience
- Track record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contacts
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

- Calculating and reporting PAs, PSPAs and PARs;
- Knowledge of related provincial and federal pension legislation and Income Tax Act provisions;
