About the Role:As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring that it meets all regulatory standards while providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. You will lead a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the highest standards of care and education are consistently delivered. This role requires a strong, passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to making a lasting impact on the nursery and its children.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Oversee the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
Manage and motivate a team of educators, providing support, training, and professional development.
Ensure the nursery complies with local regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
Maintain positive relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and well-being.
Monitor and manage the nursery’s budget, resources, and staffing requirements.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for both staff and children.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within early childhood education.
Strong understanding of early years education and child development, ideally with experience in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality education and care to young children.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in an international and fast-paced environment.
