- Work closely with the international student recruitment team, providing a range of administrative support duties.
- Respond to international enquiries and triage them to regional teams where appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and agents at every stage of the admissions process.
- Collate all documentation from students for final registration and CAS (visa) issuance.
- Collaborate with the Department Head and colleagues to develop CRM systems and admissions processes to improve student journey experience
- Provide timely reporting on admissions data and sponsorship statistics.
- Build strong relationships with international agents, offering training and updates, and sharing best practices with colleagues.
- Complete registrations with partner institutions such as NCUK and UAL.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) guidance and Immigration Rules sponsorship and compliance (training provided) and support the department head in ensuring compliance.
- Manage admissions records for all international students entering MPW colleges via the international recruitment team, ensuring swift turnaround of applications, authenticity of documents, and suitability for courses.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the Hong Kong International Office to develop market intelligence resources, agent information, and contracts.
- Process international applications, assessing their readiness for CAS/CoE issuance and ensuring all supporting documents meet compliance requirements.
Recruitment Support
- Handle telephone enquiries from students, parents, and agents, providing effective responses to primary and supplementary administration questions.
- Support the International Team with campus tours, accommodation viewings, and follow-up meetings with students, parents, and agents.
- Participate in the MPW “fam trip” for agents and international recruitment trips to assist student recruitment for MPW schools, typically at education exhibitions.
- Provide support and cover for traveling colleagues, maintaining accurate CRM records of activities.
- Engage in conversion activities with potential students and parents through education discussions and advice, ensuring all interactions are recorded in the CRM system for improved communication strategies.
- Assist Directors of Studies/Principals in resolving issues involving parental or agent contact, including debt collection, school reports, or disciplinary matters.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, website content, and social media strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Support in distributing enquiries to the most appropriate recruiter for efficient and timely responses.
Compliance Support
- Assess guardianship documents, manage DocuSign workflows, and ensure timely renewal of supporting evidence.
- Provide ongoing support to the International Compliance team during peak seasons and assist with the issuance of returner offers.
- Support the Department Head with creating, maintaining and keeping up to date compliance-related materials (brochures, website, email templates, guides)
- Oversee the admissions pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping across all application, enrolment, and visa records.
- Train internal stakeholders on admissions and compliance processes
- Manage data effectively in CRM – Salesforce (SF), maintaining accurate and high-quality record-keeping in every area of student application, enrolment and visa records
- Ensure compliance with UKVI regulations for international students, maintaining professionalism in all communications with college staff, agents and parents.
- Assist with internal audits to ensure sponsored student files are accurate, complete, and current.
- Represent MPW in a professional, customer-focused manner across all aspects of the admissions and compliance processes.
