This role combines data-driven campaign management and platform expertise to deliver measurable business impact across key channels.Sitting within the product team, you’ll work closely with performance marketing and cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of how we acquire and engage users globally.If you have managed advertising budgets exceeding $100 million while maintaining a balanced revenue stream, we’d love to have you on board.What You’ll Be DoingPaid Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, and affiliate networks.Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve campaigns using data-driven insights to hit KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.Creative Strategy & Testing: Lead A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and targeting to maximize efficiency and impact.Tracking & Reporting: Build and enhance tracking systems, attribution models, and dashboards for actionable campaign insights.Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of updates on ad platforms and trends to drive innovation and competitive strategies.Collaboration: Partner with marketing, analytics, design, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.Automation & Tools: Identify and implement tools or workflows to scale and streamline campaign optimization processes.What We Look For In You8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns.Expertise across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate networks.Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV).Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies.Results-driven mindset with a knack for solving complex challenges through data and strategy.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, design, and analytics teams.Nice-To-HavesExperience in ad tech or marketing analytics.Experience in product management.Familiarity with the crypto or Web3 industry.Experience automating tools or processes for campaign management.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees’ growth and developmentVarious team building programs and company eventsWellness and meal allowancesComprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependantsMore that we love to tell you along the process!
