As a QA SDET Lead, you will act as a technical expert in validation and quality assurance to deliver high quality software leveraging automation techniques. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks and scripts. Lead project quality through rigorous testing and validation. You will also be required to design team enablement plan, work with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality deliverables. - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 6 years of Information Technology experience
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Vancouver or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in understanding the product, analyzing user stories, performing data analysis, developing test scenario
- Workforce Management test experience of Blue Yonder or Kronos
- Experience in BI Report testing, Taleo
- Very good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple Projects
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Knowlege in SuccessFactors
- Experience in SAP Employee Central testing
- Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be: British Columbia: $81627 to $116670
