Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.Meaningful work you’ll be part ofAs an SAP Director, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for solution strategy and project delivery as an SAP DirectorIdentifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell (as part of a team) potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collectionLeading large teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovationLeading or provide oversight to the delivery of business led technology enabled transformation programs, using agile design, development and implementation methodologiesDefining, monitoring and delivering on project scope, schedule, and budget by understanding the business goals and the client’s statement of workDeveloping work plans, managing deadlines, and coordinating project team and sub-team activities to ensure successful on time deliveryIdentifying and managing project dependencies, resources, risks and critical pathProviding leads with guidance and recommendations on project direction, priority, resource allocation, and schedulingManaging all aspects of project budgets and change requestsContributing as a team leader by managing diverse teams of motivated and talented individuals, contributing to their development and helping them reach their potential via formal and informal coachingLeading and contributing to business development activities, writing and presenting of proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing the firms SAP and BXT (Business, Experience, Technology) methodologiesManaging 3rd party and offshore resourcesExperiences and skills you’ll use to solveHave high visibility among internal leadership and client stakeholders hence prior experience in effective and regular communication, including status and project vision, to all stakeholders is a must haveLeading large SAP programs ($30-$50M per year) in a complex environment with multiple vendorsProven ability navigating deliverables in a multi-vendor environmentEffective communication that is critical for appreciating the nuances between technical and non-technical audiencesProven years of experience in large-scale complex IT project management, business transformations, and systems implementation.
