In collaboration with St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, you will lead the implementation of the ‘Enhancing Patient Voice Across Healthcare Services for People Experiencing Homelessness’ study. Key responsibilities include:Leading the Homelessness Expert Advisory Committee, ensuring national and international representation, including individuals with lived experience of homelessness.Conducting an environmental scan across local, state, national, and international levels to assess methodologies for collecting patient experience feedback in healthcare services.Evaluating tools for collecting patient experience data, applying a quality lens to ensure their efficacy for under-served populations, and supporting the development of a tailored survey using co-design methodology.Convening a lived experience working group to guide the survey development process and managing quality assurance where required.Reporting progress and managing project documentation through SVHA systems, participating in regular supervision, and fulfilling administrative tasks and relevant training requirements.About youWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Research Assistant (Homeless Health).
