Job description: Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking an SDET Test Lead with SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, Payroll. As a QA SDET Lead, you will act as a technical expert in validation and quality assurance to deliver high quality software leveraging automation techniques. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks and scripts. Lead project quality through rigorous testing and validation. You will also be required to design team enablement plan, work with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality deliverables. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Vancouver or be willing to relocate to the area.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 5 SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, Payroll
Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
Experience in understanding the product, analyzing user stories, performing data analysis, developing test scenario
Very good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple Projects
Open Text Integration with SuccessFactors.
SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, Payroll
Experience with Taleo.
Analytical and Communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
