Backed by $30M+ in funding from top-tier investors, it has been expanding rapidly, offering a fast-paced, innovative environment where you can make a real impact.We’re looking for someone who combines strategic vision with technical expertise, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.TasksAbout the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to create and shape the OTC function from the ground up in a company that is scaling and professionalizing its operations. You will be responsible for:✅ Defining the OTC strategy and ensuring its alignment with the company’s growth plans.
✅ Building processes, policies, and documentation to structure the function effectively.
✅ Getting hands-on in implementation, setting up workflows, and optimizing cash collection.
✅ Leading process creation and automation of Billing and Collection tools, including: SAP, Subscription Management System, Salesforce, Cloud Marketplaces, In-house dev tools
✅ Collaborating cross-functionally with GTM Operations, Product Management & Engineering, and IT to enhance the customer experience and streamline Order-to-Cash processes.
✅ Partnering with the CFO to drive financial efficiency and reporting.
✅ Growing and leading a team as the function scales.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in billing within a high-growth SaaS or Software environment.
Proficiency in: Salesforce, Subscription Management Systems, SAP (or similar systems)
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Spanish proficiency is desirable.

Salary: €65,000 – €80,000 + benefits
Work Arrangement: Hybrid model
Relocation Package: Yes, including a corporate apartment for the first few weeks
