The team focuses on driving the ESG agenda in the firm, including but not limited to the:Drive ESG-related behaviour change campaigns
Drive internal I&D events and people engagement
Drive internal employee wellbeing campaigns
Drive culture and values in the firm
Manage community investments such as PwC Singapore Foundation and volunteerism
Annual CR Assurance and development of sustainability reportResponsibilities:Coordinate volunteering activities and support programme implementation:Work with charities to develop volunteer programmesPerform volunteer recruitmentTrack attendance and beneficiaries KPI, and gather feedback after each programAssist with implementation of key campaigns or eventsCommunications:Update internal sites to raise awareness of our programmes and community activitiesUpdate external PwC Singapore website for CR and I&DReportingSupport annual CR AssuranceSupport development of Annual Sustainability Report (data collection, liaising with various stakeholders for content)Requirements:Students from business, social science, social work and psychology background preferredGood English, excellent spoken & writing skills is given preferenceWorks well autonomouslyHas the right design/coms skills to do the responsibilities stated and is interested in RB topicsIs energetic, motivated, enthusiastic and confidentHas good record of co-curricular activitiesMotivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamIs service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellenceEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional Skills Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Communication, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Inclusion, Intellectual Curiosity, Optimism, Teamwork, Well BeingDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements 0%Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
