Our regional Biotech is a sterile filling facility producing, a lifesaving cancer treatment.WHAT YOU WILL DO?This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead the workstream charged with increasing capacity in our facility. Our challenge: increasing capacity in the plant by a further 50%.This role will takeover a mature programme that has already doubled capacity in the last 18 months through deployment of MPS. Your primary deliverables are sustaining the MPS systems already deployed whilst leading development and execution on improvements to take us to the next level.This work is critical to the IPTs success. Because of this, the Model Area lead is a high visibility role. This role reports into the IPT lead. Partnering with you are site and global MPS. You will be required to lead regular updates with senior leaders and project sponsors.Through this work you will be heavily involved with day to day operations.
