You will support decision-making regarding technology selection and architecture, as well as providing technical guidance to the entire team.Requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience managing an engineering organization of 4-5 or more members
- Experience in personnel evaluation and career development of team members
- Experience in software development (preferrably Golang, Java, Kotlin, etc.)
- Fluency in Japanese (at least N1 level)
