Working in this area, you will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Microsoft applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm.   • Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.

  • Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same.
  • Effectively mentor others.
  • Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.
  • Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
  • Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm’s code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Responsibilities-

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Application (Sales or Service) modules
  • Technical team oversight – productivity, morale, quality reviews, mentoring and collaboration
  • Customization and extension of Dynamics 365 CRM – client side customization using java scripts, web resources etc…, server side customization using C# & .Net assemblies
  • Using Java scripting frameworks like Node.js, Angular.js, React.jsJQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX
  • Integration development with external systems through REST API’s, with and without middleware.
  • Install, Administer and Deploy for MSCRM applications and solutions, leveraging DevOps practices and tools.
  • Using source control tools like GIT, VSS etc.
  • Using Power apps to build custom applications.
  • Execute data migration either through a migration tool or MS Dynamics features.
  • Integrate with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)
