And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionAs a Digital Marketing & Web Coordinator role at Clearpath Robotics By Rockwell Automation, you would support our digital marketing and web initiatives. If you have a passion for websites, e-commerce, and marketing automation, this role will provide hands-on experience in managing digital assets for an innovative robotics company. The role is located in Waterloo, ON, The role will report to Marketing Manager.Your Responsibilities

Help update and maintain our company website (WordPress), including adding blog content, updating product pages, and implementing plug-ins.
Support the online store (Shopify) by adding/removing products, updating the homepage, enhancing functionality, and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Contribute to lead nurturing campaigns and help manage our newsletter content.
Work with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot) to optimize engagement strategies.
Assist with basic graphic design tasks and image editing for web use (Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools).
Use HTML and CSS for minor website modifications and enhancements.
Track website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze data to identify trends and optimize campaigns
Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO)

The Essentials – You Will Have:

Pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar.
Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce operations.
Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, or similar).
Some experience with graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
Strong copywriting skills are an asset.
Ability to edit and optimize images for web use.
Basic proficiency in HTML + CSS for website customization.
Excellent writing and editing skills

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $18-32/hourly. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
