- Complete assigned project(s) over the course of a work term.
- Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction.
- Participants will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler’s manufacturing and technological processes.
Your Qualifications
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be pursuing an academic degree
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication ability (written &verbal)
- Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
- Assertive approach to solving problems
- Ability to prioritize
- The ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, and lift and move thirty-five pounds
