This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned audit professional to step into a Client Manager role within a stable and supportive team environment.

Travel Required: You will have the opportunity to visit regional Queensland for client meetings, gaining exposure to diverse businesses and industries.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage external audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with Australian Auditing Standards
- Provide strategic financial insights and risk management recommendations to clients
- Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards
- Conduct risk assessments and develop tailored audit responses for clients
- Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a strong and collaborative team culture
- Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Report audit findings and recommend process improvements to clients and stakeholders
- Travel to client sites across QLD as required
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 4+ years of external audit experience within Australia
- CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and mentor junior team members
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with clients and present findings
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of accountability
- Willingness to travel regionally for client work
