The firm are particularly interested in Banking Lawyers from the UK and Ireland interested in relocating to Australia.Role Profile:Our client is a leading international law firm and they are looking to hire a banking lawyer with circa 1-7 years PQE and a strong background in banking & finance law.Working as part of a national team your role will be diverse and will involve working with financiers, borrowers, sponsors and state governments on a wide range of financing transactions.This highly successful team act for clients across a variety of sectors including:
- Energy
- Renewables
- Natural resources
- Property
- Infrastructure
You will provide advise on a a number of a different banking and finance matters including:
- Financial products
- Project finance
- Asset finance
- Leveraged finance
- Syndicated debt and debt capital markets.
