- Coordinate with clients and local companies for smooth project execution.
- Plan and oversee renovation and maintenance projects.
- Monitor schedules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control.
- Manage materials purchasing and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Team player with a sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in Korean (essential for client communication) and English.
- Driving license preferred, as project sites may be remote.
