Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Identifying client needs, responding to request for proposals and providing estimates for solution developmentLeading teams in creating platform solutions, best practices, and implementation of multiple platform suites of products to enable differentiated solutions for financial services clientsMentor the next generation of consultants, providing them with insights and challenging them to be betterIdentify, develop, and win significant bids and pursuits to meet defined sales targetsSupport internal capability build including the creation of assets and accelerators, and supporting training and skill development of your teamCoach, guide, and assist team members in preparation for client meetings, presentations, and proposalsConsult with account team and engagement partner on pricing strategyFacilitate executive & operational meetings & workshops across a range of topicsExperience and skills you’ll use to solveProven track record of shaping and growing multimillion dollar high value consulting business within Financial servicesDemonstrated experience creating asset led, offering led, account centric prospecting and FS subsector centric sales pursuitsFinancial services business acumen breadth as well as sub-sector depth (e.g. retail banking, P&C insurance, Asset & wealth mgmt., etc..)Confidence to lead teams in shaping pre-sales asset engineering and facilitating asset demos in sales pursuitsProven ability to lead complex engagements with multiple stakeholder groups, managing executive stakeholders, operating and steering committeesAbility to effectively lead a team through complex deployments, troubleshooting complex problems with order of operations and can articulate theory and substantiate rationale behind delivery trade offs.Creative growth mindset with analytical, issue-based problem solving and critical thinking skillsExperience leading and working directly with external clients / end-users and stakeholders and managing and delivering complex and nuanced messages to senior stakeholdersAn interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you workProven experience with solution delivery lifecycle across delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, platform led, etc.… )5+ years of experience implementing SaaS based platform(s), including but not limited to: Salesforce, nCino, Amazon Connect, Fenergo, OpenFinProven experience in leading X-functional teams blending teams with functional, technical, experience & industry business acumenCertifications: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud CertificationWhy you’ll love PwCWe’re inspiring and empowering our people to change the world.
