It constitutes a significant share of our platform’s daily active traders and trading volume. Our aim is to build top-tier products and ultimately grow this line into a billion-dollar enterprise.What You’ll Be DoingIdentify user growth opportunities across different lifecycle stages and segmented user tiers by data insights, and recommend high-conversion products such as bots or tailored solutions for diverse user needs.Analyze the transformation path of user behavior, work closely with the design team, continuously optimize the front-end page interactions and visual experience, and be responsible for conversion results.Fully leverage site-wide traffic by optimizing user acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies to enhance traffic efficiency and design scalable mid-to-long-term solutions.Stay attuned to growth best practices, conduct user research and competitive analysis, and explore innovative approaches in traffic engagement strategies, campaign design, and contextual user outreach.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and scale mission-critical growth initiatives from ideation to execution, prioritizing resources to deliver holistic solutions aligned with business goals.Demonstrate strong project management skills by clearly defining project scope and requirements.
