About the Position: Sydney Business School is part of the Faculty of Business and Law, which aims to be a world-class accredited business faculty, committed to providing high-quality services for both staff and students. We strive to be a global leader in promoting the theory and practice of responsible business principles.As the Sydney CBD Campus Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the campus, ensuring a positive experience for all campus users. You will lead a culturally diverse team of client service, administration, and functions & events specialists, including both casual and permanent employees. You will work collaboratively with external stakeholders (especially Darling Park Building Management) and internal stakeholders across the University.Key Responsibilities: * Campus Service Centre Management: Oversee the client service team, manage escalated inquiries, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in collaboration with other university departments. Ensure high-quality support for students.
- Facilities and Campus Operations Management: Manage facilities, maintain relationships with building managers, and ensure the optimal use of seminar and meeting rooms for various activities.
- Teaching Operations: Oversee the delivery of assessments and exams, manage class timetabling, and support teaching staff with necessary services and support.
- Student Support and Experience: Ensure students have access to equivalent services as those at Wollongong Campus, and lead the delivery of engaging extracurricular activities.
- People Management: Manage workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management, and coach the team in executing projects that deliver services to campus users.
