This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AV Consultant will lead room development and participate in lifecycle process of any AV endpoints in addition to the support responsibility. The incumbent is expected to be familiar with technology from Crestron, Extron and Biamp as the main equipment utilised in University.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for AV endpoints across multiple channels.
  • Work with engineers to design and implement collaboration spaces as part of the AV lifecycle programme.
  • Drive initiatives that align with the Audio Visual Team’s technology roadmap.
  • Leverage AV platform expertise to resolve complex issues and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Enhance technical service management practices, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Who we are looking for
We’re looking for people who have a passion for AV and related technologies along-with a good understanding of all services provided by the AV Platforms team.You will also have:

  • Relevant formal qualifications and substantial work experience.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and managing collaboration systems, including interactive displays, video walls, AV conferencing, presentation tools, digital signage, and control systems.
  • Ability to configure, install, and maintain AV equipment and control systems, focusing on Extron and Crestron technologies.
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and networking collaboration features.
